This lino cut represents the bushfire that went through Berowra in 2007. The fire raged through the bush at great speed, just as fast as a wolf with speeds of 56–64 km (34–38 miles) per hour. (info re wolf taken from Wikipedia, the free Encyclopaedia.

Theme: the elements, a contemporary interpretation.
I had to choose one of the elements - earth, fire, water and air and create a black and white image that has reference to present day situations.
